A comment on someone else’s BTT question this week inspired this question:
Do you read any author’s blogs? If so, are you looking for information on their next project? On the author personally? Something else?
No, I don't really visit author's blogs. The only author blog I read recently was Libba Bray's and that was to find out the answers to understand certain events in her Gemma Doyle books.
For information on their next project or anything else, I can get them via my RSS feed where I subscribe to other book bloggers' blogs. Someone's bound to post the latest stuff and updates on the authors.
oh ya. i got an email from carlo gabbi and i haven't replied to him. maybe later.
ReplyDeleteit's a nice feeling when a real author write to you and read the review you write about his book :)
i feel appreciated too :)
Faisal: Hey, that's great! Now's the time to ask the author anything you like. :)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I know how it feels to actually communicate with someone who wrote the book we've read. Something like that... :D
Yes, I do. I have become friendly w/ quite a few authors.
ReplyDeleteI have even been acknowledged in their books : p
The Book Resort: That's great. It must be a nice feeling to read about yourself in published works!
